The recipient of a bachelor's degree in education from New York University, Kenneth Hart later entered the real estate and development industry and, from 2000 to 2017, served as president of a New York-based firm. During his time with the full-service development firm, Kenneth Hart provided clients with consultancy services like site inspection, budget development and cost tracking, and marketing schemes. He also oversaw the development of award-winning projects like 529 Broadway, New York, NY and the Marriott Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel. In 2017, he co-founded Veracity Partners where he leverages his extensive knowledge of development and New York's five boroughs to lead residential and commercial projects.
Under Mr. Hart's leadership, Veracity has worked with notable architectural firms to create notable projects like the Manhattan-based meatpacking Gansevoort and Brooklyn-based commercial retail and office building Empire Stores. Other completed and in-construction projects include 62-66 North 3rd Street, 814 Amsterdam Avenue, and the six-acre private community Strickland Avenue.
